Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Pierre Bourré is a distinguished senior sales leader with over 15 years of executive and senior leadership experience in high-stakes environments. Known for his visionary approach, Pierre excels in both individual contributions and leading high-performance teams, consistently establishing high standards for sales excellence and driving substantial business growth.
With over 30 years of experience in the eyewear and vision solutions industry, Pierre effectively leverages C-suite relationships to develop successful sales strategies while nurturing enduring connections with clients and industry stakeholders. His expertise spans Canada and the USA, complemented by valuable global exposure. As a bilingual professional fluent in English and French, Pierre bridges communication gaps across diverse demographics.
Previously at EssilorLuxottica, Pierre held key roles, including Vice President of North America Key Accounts and Vice President of Sales & Business Development for Canada where he led all commercial channels. His achievements include creating a national stakeholder advisory group for post-COVID business readiness and joining the Board of the Council for Healthy Eyes Canada to advocate for vision health.
Outside of work, Pierre pursues his passions as an artist and musician, while also enjoying golf, hockey and Pilates. He cherishes quality time with family and friends, especially as a food enthusiast who enjoys cooking and dining out.
